Basket Weaving – Medium Market/CD Basket

Store CDs or toiletries in this versatile rectangular medium-sized market basket. Learn the basics of constructing this traditional basket by beginning with a woven base incorporating a wood handle, weave the sides and finish the rim. Embellish this basket with a painted leather tie-on available in a variety of styles. Color choices for accent weavers will be available. Finished size is about 12" long x 6" wide x 5” high (plus the handle). Please bring clippers or strong scissors, flexible tape measure, several clip clothespins, old towel, pencil, bucket or dish pan, small flat screwdriver and a sack lunch.
