Learn how to make Norwegian Lefse. Lefse is a thin soft flatbread about the size of a burrito wrap, made from potatoes. Lefse is served spread with butter and rolled into a tube. It may be sweet, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, or filled with chopped meatballs, fish, or cheese. A Norwegian Lunch will be served and participants will take home packages of lefse, recipes, and information on where to purchase equipment.
