Winter Well-Being: Qui Gong, Mindful Movements, and the LabyrinthBeth Coleman

We continue to live in extremely challenging times that tax us physically and emotionally and cultivating these ancient practices can help ease modern tensions. In this two-part series, session one will meet at The Schoolhouse where Beth will share information and short videos about labyrinths, Qi Gong, and Mindful Movements and teach the basics of each practice. The second session will meet outdoors at The Clearing’s beautiful labyrinth to practice Qui Gong, Mindful Movements, and quietly finish with a meditative walk in the labyrinth. Please dress for the weather for session two (Jan. 27) as this class will be outside, and last approximately an hour.
Location: Jan. 20 in Schoolhouse at The Clearing; Feb. 17 outdoors at the Labyrinth at The Clearing.
