2022 Workshop Program
Fired Enamel Coasters
November 3 & 4 | 9 - 4
Have some glass fun with glass artist Nancy Tucker as she leads you through the process of fired glass enameling. You will make two 4”x4” piece glass coasters with bird portrait options of cardinal, bluebird or chickadee using fired glass enamels. Items will be fired and shipped after class.
Nance Tucker has been working in glass for many years and has been concentrating on fused glass for over ten years. She is a juried regional artist with work in several galleries and teaches students at The Clearing and in her home studio. She studied with Nancy McCabe, who taught glass fusing at The Clearing for several years, Richard LaLond, Patty Denny and others. Nance says, “It’s such a joy to come to a place as wonderful as The Clearing, create something beautiful, and have an amazing time!”
