WINTER CLASS DESCRIPTION
Cartonnage: Squash Blossom BoxNancy Akerly

We will make a charming box using ages old Cartonnage techniques online via Zoom. The Squash Blossom Box, based on a Japanese design, is simple but appears to be complex. You will need some basic tools, plus materials can be ordered. You will need: cutting mat, utility knife, Elmer’s Glue or PVA glue, tape, mechanical pencil, non-slip ruler, bone folder, decorative objects like beads, shells, etc. (optional). A pre-class letter will be sent by Nancy.
Location: Online via Zoom (an internet connection is needed for this). Class confirmation documents will include the link to the Zoom class
Materials Fee: $25.00 for Chipboard and specialty, decorative papers
