Your Clearing User Account
In order to register for Clearing classes online, you will either need to log into OR create a Clearing User Account. Don’t worry! This is a good thing! With your user account, you will be able to register for your favorite Clearing classes! But that’s not all. Can’t remember when your class is or if you still need to pay your balance? Log into your account anytime and review your registration information or make a payment. Want to make a donation toward the endowment fund or the end of year appeal? Need to renew or want to join the Friends of The Clearing? Or need to submit a form? Yup. You can do all this from your Clearing user account! Once your account is set up, you will be able to review all the details of your Clearing registration(s) and transactions at any time, in your cozy chair, with your cup of coffee, in your jammies.
How to Create/Access Your User Account for the First Time
Creating your Clearing user account is easier than finishing the strawberries and chocolate sauce during Wednesday’s dinner. (If you don’t know what this means, you’re in for a real treat!) Below is a step by step guide to setting up your account. And if after reviewing those instructions you still need help, just give us a call at 920-854-4088!
Are You Completely New to The Clearing?
If you’ve never been to The Clearing, if you’ve never been on our mailing list, or if you just don’t remember, then this is the place for you.
Are You Already Connected to The Clearing?
Are you currently registered for a class?
Have you taken a class with us in the past?
Do you receive our printed catalogs?
Do you receive our e-newsletters?
If you answered 'Yes' to any of these questions, you already have a Clearing User Account.
Are You Completely New to The Clearing?
Follow the steps below to create your new Clearing user account. Each guest will need to create their own user account. If you have any questions along the way, just give us a call. We're happy to help out!
Click on the 'Account' tab, and click on 'Log In' link.
Click on the 'New User' button.
Enter all the required information.
Click the 'Next' button.
That's it! Congratulations. You've successfully created your own Clearing user account! Click the 'Register' button to view & select the class(es) you want to take.
Are You Already a Clearing Know-It-All?
Logging into your user account for the first time requires a few extra steps, but don't worry. Once you've completed this initial set up, the only thing needed for future access will be your email address and your password. Easy! Follow the steps below to log into your Clearing user account for the first time. If you have any questions along the way, just give us a call. We're happy to help out!
Click on the 'Account' tab, and click on 'Log In' link.
Click on the 'Forgot your login information?' link. (Don't worry. Your account already exists. This step is just required to set up a password for future account access.)
Select 'I need to reset my password.' Select which retrieval method you prefer to receive a password reset link: via email or text. Click the ‘Next’ button.
In the ‘Enter contact’s email’ box, enter the email address you currently receive Clearing email messages. Type in the security code letters displayed and click the ‘Reset Password’ button.
In a few minutes, a password reset link will be emailed or texted to you. Click on the ‘Reset my Password’ link found within that email or text message and follow the instructions included in that message.
Congratulations! You're now able to log into your own Clearing user account! Once you've completed this initial set up, the only thing needed for future access will be your email address and your password.
