How to Register

Class sizes are limited. Early registration will help ensure that you get the class you’d like. You may register for classes using the following methods:

1. Online: Registration is available on The Clearing’s website at: www.theclearing.org.

2. Phone: Call The Clearing at 920-854-4088. Have your Discover, MasterCard or Visa number, expiration date and billing address available.

When to Register

Registration for all 2022 Workshop Program class begins May 3, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.

Register as soon as possible to ensure that the class for which you are registering meets the minimum number of students set by the instructor. This number must be met three weeks prior to the class start date. While we continue to accept registrations up to the date of the class, early registration increases our ability to run the class.

Class Prices & Fees

Information on pricing and fees is listed at the end of each class description. Some classes may require an additional fee for materials. These are payable to The Clearing or to the instructor at class and are noted at the end of the class description.

Gift Certificates

Remember your special someone with a gift certificate that can be used for a class or in our Bookstore and Gift Shop. They are available in any amount.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $25 fee for canceling a class registration in 2022. It is helpful if those registered for a class cancel a minimum of three weeks before the class start date. That gives The Clearing a better opportunity to fill the vacant slot with someone on the wait list.

Meals

All full-day workshops (6 hours or more) include a catered lunch. Lunches generally include a variety of sandwiches or wraps, tossed salad or pasta salad, fresh fruit and dessert. Please bring your own beverages. There will be a 30-45 minute break (approximately) at noon for lunch. Please contact The Clearing if a medically required special diet is needed.

Accessibility

The landscape at The Clearing is somewhat rugged in places. Although every reasonable effort has been, or is being made to make the grounds accessible for students with physical disabilities, some students may find our campus difficult to negotiate. Please call The Clearing to discuss any concerns you have regarding accessibility.
