Learn about new wine-growing regions, up-and-coming grapes, and how to select the right wine to take to your next wine-tasting party. Thyme Restaurant will offer a selection of delicious dinner options from their menu after each of the first three class sessions (you will be asked at the beginning of class for your food selection, if you plan to stay) at student expense. The final class will be a five-course, wine-paired dinner, for which there is an additional fee of approximately $75, excluding gratuity, payable to Thyme Restaurant that night.
