History
Jensen brought this cabin in from Newport in 1920 as a guest cabin. The stone steps to the right led to the outhouse. Mertha Fulkerson lived in the cabin in the 1930s and before her retirement in 1969. It has housed cooks and caretakers, and is now used for students.
Today
Today Mertha’s Cabin is a favorite place for students and instructors to stay during the Summer Program.
