Join us to hike or snowshoe some of Door County’s beautiful parks and preserves. You should be prepared to hike/snowshoe for 1-1/2 to 2 hours over uneven terrain by layering warm clothing, wearing insulated hiking boots, snowshoes (optional) or anti-slip grippers such as Yak Traks, and bring hiking poles or walking stick (optional). A listing of locations to be visited will be e-mailed shortly before the first class. Following the hike, participants are welcome to meet at a location nearby where we can enjoy some refreshments and conversation. A Wisconsin State Park vehicle sticker may be required for some hike locations.
