This year’s challenge will be choosing a quilt from any of Judy’s patterns and “making it your own”. This could entail using a different size block, creating a medallion, adding a secondary block, doing a pieced/applique border, changing the layout or whatever your creative mind can come up with.

Judy’s commercial patterns are on her website, but there will also be several options from her personal handout collection. Judy will contact students prior to class and will send a supply list and designs will be sent to students via email.

Judy Hasheider has been teaching quilting for nearly 40 years, focusing on traditional designs and methods for making quilt-making fun and approachable. She hosts retreats throughout the year and does lectures for guilds in the Midwest.
