This one day workshop will take participants on a journey about the sacred meaning of what it is to be living on the Earth today. Marjasana and Coleen will facilitate a journey deep into the body to discover where we are connected to our earth energetically and spiritually. We will be breathing, sounding, moving in the morning, and learning and singing Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Onyota’a:ka (Oneida) songs of power, healing and belonging in the afternoon time. Bring a mat to lie on, a water bottle, a journal and pen, and your lunch.
