Fitness for all Ages. This class introduces participants to the fundamentals of nutrition and physical fitness in an engaging, classroom-style setting. Through a combination of pre-test physical evaluations, instruction, guided practice and discussion, students will learn not only how to perform exercises, but why they matter for long-term health.
